How does a spark of heat transform the way we experience food? The answer comes to life in “Flavors on Fire”, a two-month culinary collaboration between Crio Group and TABASCO® Sauce that explores how heat transforms not only flavor, but also emotion.

 

This limited-time menu celebrates boldness, curiosity, and culinary artistry. Each dish and drink marries Crio’s inventive spirit with TABASCO®’s signature fiery character, resulting in a dining experience that’s daring, refined, and full of personality.

 

The collection highlights five distinctive creations, each reimagining the role of spice in modern gastronomy. At the forefront is the Burnt Striploin with TABASCO® Sauce, a perfectly grilled Angus striploin accompanied by creamy leek, crispy potato chips, and a buttery TABASCO® reduction that leaves a memorable lingering warmth.

 

For those craving comfort, the Blaze Beef with TABASCO® Sauce features a 48-hour slow-cooked chuck-eye roll, enriched with earthy mushroom gravy and a gentle kick of heat. Seafood lovers can enjoy the Orange Cod with TABASCO® Sauce, a delicate smoked black cod paired with Andaliman furikake, burnt broccoli, and a citrus-vanilla sauce subtly infused with TABASCO®.

 

 

Adding a playful twist, the Cinnamon Bonbon with TABASCO® Sauce hides a soft spark beneath its glossy shell. Meanwhile, the Kind of Martini—a bold mix of gin, vermouth, beef tomato, and BBQ syrup—offers a balance of warmth and freshness in every sip.

 

For Crio’s Executive Chef William Cecario Pakpahan, this collaboration represents a meeting of philosophies. “At Crio, we see heat not just as spice, but as energy—something that inspires and surprises,” he shares. “A single drop of TABASCO® can shift the entire mood of a dish.
