The centrepiece of the experience, Miyazaki Wagyu Robata Yaki, offers prized A5 Miyazaki striploin grilled over robata, paired with shishito peppers and a bold wasabi pepper sauce. This is followed by the Chef’s Sushi Selection — six hand-crafted pieces of seasonal sushi, each a pristine expression of refinement and balance.
The omakase concludes with Tome Wan, a traditional red miso soup, and Kanmi — a refreshing dessert of mango iced mochi, coconut crumble, mango jelly, and passionfruit sauce, delivering a harmonious finish that lingers with elegance.
