Atelier 23 at Park Hyatt Jakarta presents The Arte-Noon Tea, a new afternoon tea experience that brings together culinary craftsmanship, artistic expression, and a sense of discovery. Available daily on level 23, the experience invites guests to enjoy a thoughtfully curated selection of sweet and savory creations while exploring Jakarta's iconic landmark through an interactive painting activity.

Designed as an artful interpretation of the traditional afternoon tea in Jakarta, The Arte-Noon Tea reflects Atelier 23's philosophy of celebrating flavor, creativity, and culture in equal measure. The experience combines handcrafted pastries, refined savory dishes, and a signature Matcha Ube on Ice, creating a leisurely afternoon inspired by both gastronomy and artistic expression.

The savory selection showcases thoughtfully composed creations including Beetroot Basket with roasted beetroot, stracciatella cheese, and hazelnut, Tuna Tartare with avocado, sour cream, and roe, and Foie Gras Parfait Tartlet with grape chutney and verjus gel. Guests may also enjoy the warm savory course, Beef Cheek Bourguignon en Croûte, featuring truffle, glazed carrot, red wine sauce, and puff pastry.

For those with a preference for sweets, the afternoon tea features a collection of desserts inspired by both regional and international flavors. Highlights include Raspberry Clafoutis Tart, Mandarin Calamansi with Sulawesi vanilla rice pudding and matcha sponge, Chocolate Dome with Andaliman pepper and caramel whipped cream, and Thai Tea Pot de Crème with milk chocolate and Gayo coffee sablé. The experience is complemented by a seasonal selection of handcrafted cakes and pastries served tableside.

Adding a distinctive element to the experience is Paint Your Monas, an optional activity that invites guests to create their own artistic interpretation of Jakarta's National Monument while enjoying afternoon tea. Designed to encourage creativity and connection, the experience reflects Atelier 23's identity as a destination where art, culture, and hospitality naturally come together.

Located on level 23 of Park Hyatt Jakarta hotel, Atelier 23 is inspired by the spirit of an atelier, where creativity, craftsmanship, and ideas take shape. The destination brings together Southeast Asian flavors, French influences, and artistic touches across its Living Room, Patisserie, and Veranda spaces, offering guests a thoughtfully curated setting throughout the day.
