Scarlett’s House Blok M Rolls Out New Signature Dishes
Each category presents a fresh take on comfort food—crafted with bold flavours, refined techniques, and artistic presentation. The result is a collection of dishes that feel both inviting and elevated, with sweets and desserts standing out for their sublime quality and uniquely ethereal flavours.
For salad, take the Green Salad with Smoked Gindara, for instance—an elevated twist on a classic that’s anything but ordinary. A fresh bed of arugula and baby spinach meets crisp red onion and golden croutons, all brought together with a creamy Caesar dressing. Draped over the top, thin-sliced smoked gindara steals the spotlight—delicately cut yet bursting with rich, smoky flavor that lingers with every bite. It’s light, layered, and quietly luxurious.
Pasta lovers, meet your new obsession: the Prawn Olive Oil Pasta at Scarlett's House. Housemade tagliatelle sets the scene—silky, golden ribbons tossed in prawn-infused olive oil that clings to every strand without drowning it. A perfectly grilled prawn crowns the dish, smoky and sweet, adding just the right punch. It’s simple on the surface, but the flavour runs deep—so good, it’ll have you tempted to lick the plate clean. Dry, in the best way possible.

Fish and Chips, but not quite as you know it—Scarlett’s House gives it a cheeky twist with their Fish and Chi(peas). Think golden soda-battered fish with a crisp that sings, resting beside fries cut from giant, oversized potatoes—long, thick, and unapologetically indulgent. Tied together with a dill-forward tartar sauce, it’s classic comfort with just the right amount of rebellion.

The dessert showcase is brimming with fresh creations, but a couple of slices truly stole the spotlight. The Peanut Butter Jelly Cake delivers a nostalgic nod with a grown-up twist—nutty without overpowering, while bursts of blueberry keep things light and bright. Right next to it, the Lemonade Blueberry Cake comes naked—no frosting fuss—just layers of airy sponge, subtle lemon zing, and juicy blueberries playing in perfect sour-sweet harmony. A duo that proves dessert doesn’t need to shout to make a statement.
