éL Hotel Bandung is once again hosting its annual fun run, éL Run 2025. éL Run is more than just a race; it's a chance for people to connect with the city, its rich history, and their shared love of healthy living. This easy run combines a healthy lifestyle with learning about Bandung's cultural history.
éL Run started in 2023 and has become one of the most popular sport tourism events in Bandung. It invites people to stay active while learning about the city's historical and architectural sites. The event is open to everyone and always draws thousands of people from many different cities.
Mr. Enggartiasto Lukita (Owner of éL Hotel Group), Mr. Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno (Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia, 2023), and Mr. Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, 2024) are just a few of the well-known national figures who have taken part in past editions. Their presence has helped make éL Run more than just a race; it's also a celebration of culture and community.
The theme of éL Run 2025 is "Modern Heritage." The goal is to get people to live healthier lives while also teaching them about the historical values of Bandung. Participants will take a beautiful route that goes by important cultural sites like Asia Afrika Street, Braga Street, Gedung Merdeka, Bandung City Hall, and Merdeka Street. These sites are all part of the city's preserved cultural heritage.
This year, éL Run will be held on September 28, 2025, coinciding with Bandung’s 215th anniversary. The race will start and finish at éL Hotel Bandung, and is expected to once again become a major attraction for both locals and domestic tourists.
Registration officially opens on July 10, 2025 at 08:00 AM (WIB) via www.elrun.id. Two ticket categories are available: Flash Sale: IDR 275,000 (limited slots) and Regular Price: IDR 350,000. Each participant will receive an exclusive race pack and a chance to win exciting door prizes, including 2 automatic motorbikes, hundreds of electronic devices, and dozens of hotel stay vouchers from éL Hotel Group.
