Offering a semi-buffet concept, Lyon invites guests to enjoy as many dishes as they wish from the a la carte menu featuring Foie Gras, Truffle Mushroom Risotto, Lobster Scramble Egg, Steak Au Poivre, Seafood Bouillabaisse, Chicken Roulade as well as various premium buffet offerings such as Steak Tartare, Baked Oyster Rockefeller-Style, Paella Valenciana, Seafood Colosseum with Alaskan King Crab and Rock Lobster as the highlight; Carvery, Salad Bar and many more.
A treat for cheese aficionado, Saturday Brunch at Lyon also offers cheese room filled with Charcuterie and Delicatessen ranging from Jamón Ibérico de Belotta, Prosciutto di Parma, salami Milano complemented with selected imported artisan cheese such as Tomme de savoie, AOC Comte, Pasteurized Manchego, St. Maure Goat Cheese, Gruyère accompanied with grapes, dried fruits, nuts and crackers.
