Grand Hyatt Jakarta introduces Executive Sous-Chef Marco Pistillo

Grand Hyatt Jakarta is pleased to announce Marco Pistillo as the newly appointed Executive Sous-Chef.

Chef Marco has been with Hyatt for almost a decade since September 2014. He first joined Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa as Sous-Chef, leading the restaurant to earn ‘Best Team of the Year 2015’ in Hyatt Asia-Pacific. The Italian chef then ventured to Grand Hyatt Shenzhen in China, prior to launching Verso in Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi and winning ‘Best Newcomer Restaurant’ in Time Out Abu Dhabi Restaurant Awards 2018.

After a short return to Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa, Chef Marco Pistillo decided to be part of Grand Hyatt Jakarta where he infuses Italian finesse into signature dishes at C’s Steak and Seafood. Set in a sophisticated yet relaxed ambience on the fourth floor, C's Steak and Seafood presents the freshest selection of seafood and the finest choice of beef. Live food preparation is at the heart of the overall ambience with the chefs taking centre stage as guests enjoy the activities of open kitchens at close range.
